Introspection — what better way to start a week.
Question: Where do you see yourself in your story?

Do you see yourself as a collaborator with your abuser? Did you tell yourself that you wanted the abuse in some way? Do you tell yourself that the abuse felt good?
Or do you see yourself as a complete victim. Powerless. Scared. In complete darkness and fear.
Today, do you have a voice that is current in your life or does your voice suggest that you are living the past?
Do you play out the abuse scenario with others in your life keeping the abuse secret alive?
Where is your voice in your story? How do you tell it? Do you deny the truth, change it slightly so it’s a better story to keep with you?
Do you exaggerate your lack of powerlessness to the point where it disables you?
These questions will change you if you answer them honestly!
